Ann: SP1 delisted from ASX, page-120

Quick update for us holders. I have experience in this area, but am providing general information only. Please consult your accountant for specific advice.

Do we have shares? Yes. We still hold SP1 shares. They are unquoted. They are worth less than a cent each.

Don't we still have contracts and dealings in SP1? Sorta. The directors cleared out pretty much everything except for things they didn't want. We have cash and tiny little bits, but realistically, the likely course from here is that the company winds up and gives us next to nothing, or they just gradually claim wages and fees until they drain it of cash and fold.

Can I claim a capital loss now - no, you still hold your shares. They're just unlisted.

Does this impact ISXFEU? Not really. We are still where we were. They're doing business, growth has potential, but we haven't listed and aren't listing any time soon.

What does this mean for JK's gems of discovery? it means they are useless. They were just the story he was telling us.
