IPO'd for $6.5m and sold for $40m. Not bad for holders and funding for Rox is very timely.
Who would have thought that the nickel assets that had almost no value in the Rox portfolio would sell for more than the market cap of Rox?
Alex Passmore was architect of the IPO.
