Yesterdays company statement on the delisting has been hinted at for months, so it wasn't a surprise. It also afforded plenty of time to weigh up the pros and cons of the boards decision.

At first my immediate reaction, was to fight this to the end. It still is at a programmed gut level. Those thoughts are all instinctual and survival based thinking inbuilt over thousands of years.

Once I overcame the above auto programming and really thought about whats the most benefically action for the company to move forward I did arrive at the conclusion that this decision announced yesterday is the best course of action based on all the know facts available to advance the company and ultimately my investment forward in a timely fashion.

The companies reasoned statement sums up everthing to a tee - https://www.isx.financial/blog/asxlitigation

Shareholders and the public aren't going to miss out on the facts and truth on the suspension being revealed, as the ASIC trial has got that covered. It a carbon copy of what the asx trial would have been. So all the facts still get to come out.

Now the dust can settle on this issue, and we can all watch ISXF really move forward quickly from here.

    Have a great day. Cheers
