Do you need to ask such simple questions? Russia wants to win and needs more troops. Their so called "special operation" to take just a few pieces of Ukraine has turned into them wanting the whole thing now, so they need more troops. All Russia has to do is keep Ukraine's electricity off and within 4-6 weeks the government will collapse. Now can Russia keep their electricity off? I think so but doesn't mean it is 100% going to happen. Have to wait and see.

No, the Ukrainians are the ones who made their decision to fight for their homeland because they don't want to live under Russian opression and corruption.
