of course these research company will get paid by issuer, but do you think these company can survive if they cannot maintain a reasonable accuracy % of their research work， who is going to read a research company's report if their track records show they fail most of the times? do you even think it logically make sense for research companies like that to survive?

and if you read the content in the report, you can see the degree of balance of this research. Anyway not really worth the time to discuss about it if you have not yet read it.
