just a hypothetical question to the more knowable people on here.
Is there a chance that AVL does have a financing offer on hand but is not happy with the conditions, therefore does the drilling to proof additional good soil to get an improved BFS to get a better deal? it may explains why we get to read all the 'if they wouldn't be sure to get financing, they wouldn't do x,y and z'
or maybe the offer is to be bought up, which seems to be another rumour...?
so my question is...from a legal perspective, would AVL be obligated to publish something like that? as a price sensitive notice or maybe in their quarterly report?
