    No, the price was already discounted...this was one of the most botched raises I've seen....
    Bottom of the barrel broker and too many free options, a disgraceful deal.
    At the current price, even free oppies won't save those that took part.
    Now, nothing else matters but the signing of a JV, like, yesterday.....time is almost out..
