most SPPs (just like the last one ) end up in agony anyway, for some reason, as soon as you allow existing shareholders in on a CR it normally always turns to shyte with the odd exception.
the best we can hope for is most of the funds going into large funds or even just one being allocated a substantial amount, the $15m valuation should see it over subcsribed by around 150000% with instos and funds taking almost everything
