Got interrupted while writing that post, so the acquisition announcement came out while I was writing. However, looks like there is not alot to go on in the current announcement apart from the name and scale of acquisition.

Adds about 30% to scale in terms of no. of practices. (Assuming practices are same average turnover as current GXL, aquisition becomes dilutory on an EV basis if the consideration for acquisition is greater than $10.9m. (Based on past acquisitions, possible consideration of $7-$9m?)
