This targeting of farmers seems to be trending Woke W@nk.

It's pushing the boundaries of deranged to exciting new fashion heights.

Earlier this year, visiting Canberra, I had the pleasure of hearing a highly remunerated lawyer, exclusively consulting to Government, spewing hate against farmers, at her finely provisioned dinner party.

I guess I didn't sound fully on board?

Maybe that's why she pivoted 473 degrees to pepper her argument with the word 'aboriginals'?

A stolen word? Virtue stolen from the actual indigenous victims? But it seems, in Canberra, just uttering that word confers magic protective power to any teal.

Anyway her argument became, that apparently, the technology of our first people was unquestionably superior to modern day farming, and we have sooooooooooo much to learn.

And yes, absolutely, we're grateful for all knowledge, and our very civilisation has advanced by effectively utilising knowledge.

If a technology is 'superior' to existing, truly so, and verified in reality, then our civilisation will adopt it, to gain the benefits.

But the banshee screaming started when I pointed out that, as demonstrated over many centuries, the 'superior agricultural technology' she referred to supported a limit of 300,000 good souls on this great continent.

And currently, Australian agriculture feeds 80 million souls, at home and abroad, with a reliable, diverse, high quality diet.

But alas.... I had clearly revealed myself to be an agent of Lucifer, by mentioning that.

OK, fair enough.... 79.7 million people starving to death is such a trivial matter, compared to the word games of the narcissistic woke. I get it.

But I couldn't even appeal to her own survival instincts. Perhaps I failed to grasp, that a woke lawyer in Canberra, living mightily well on the highly-taxed backs of productive workers, will be amongst the 0.3 million allowed to eat and live (with her children) - rock solid.

I did try to point out, for every individual allowed to eat under this hypothetical 'superior' technology, 250 others will have to die.

So, for example, in this hypothetical 'superior' technological regime, for every lawyer fed, and for every child of that lawyer fed, wouldn't an aboriginal then be condemned to murderous starvation?

Alas, by then the suburban princesses and princelings seemed besides themselves, and if anyone was actually listening to my gentle points, they were too scared to acknowledge it.

I'd wager, if 'bigoted, hate-driven' modern farming is destroyed, woke lawyers will be the first to whine about living off grubs, grass seeds and half-baked roo.

What, no boutique winery Cab-Sav? Exotic holidays? And what about the Tesla?

So, obviously, it's all mindless hot air and weird empty mutated-snobbery that circulates around Canberra and other teal strongholds.

It's a huge problem that this mindless mutated snobbery seems to run like a plague throughout government policy entities, and any sector in which the 'workforce' are 'liberated' from doing anything tangibly useful.

It seems they can only justify their well-padded existences by making up dramatic fairy-stories, and fiercely looking down their noses at useful people.

The 2nd huge problem is they start to believe their own garbage, and cling even harder to these fantasies whenever reality intrudes.

And the 3rd problem is that government has power. Government can, to the extent to which they wish to, dictate what fantasies are "real", and ultimately destroy whatever contradicts those fantasies.

Of course, wise governments know that excessive fantasy does reap consequences, and will kill their golden goose, as the supporters of Pol Pot, Dan Andrews, and Adolf Schikelgrubber have all experienced.

Governments, since the dawn of time, have all run the same awesome business model. It's based on two sacred monopolies: theft and violence. AKA taxation and incarceration - which was a useful update on serfdom and floggings, which itself was an update on looting, rape and massacre.

So in modern western economies like Australia, the customer proposition generally is: you give us c. 40% of your wealth, and we don't put you in jail.

There's a vast multi-armed PR/marketing department flogging this 'great deal for you', of which politicians are just a part. Many of the advertising types, who once pushed cancerous addictive cigarettes to our children by promising them they'll grow up to be cowboys or race-car drivers, have switched to selling politics.

But we all have to eat. So I'm for the farmers.
