My opinion is that Orbis are good longer term value buyers. Their share price manipulation techniques though simply destroy any chance of upward price movements whilst they are in accumulation mode. This does however provide a good buying opportunity for those with a longer term outlook.
Hastings Diversified Utilities Fund (HDF) is a very good example of the way Orbis operate.
