It really is a worry if you think that BRK will NEVER be able to pay a dividend. Shares are (in theory) priced based on the net present value of future expected dividends. Companies often don't pay dividends when they are in an initial growth phase but there is always the expectation that at some point they will.
What makes you think that an asset sale will increase share price? If the funds of the sale are simply going to stay in the company how do shareholders benefit?
If BRK have a business model based on sales at $45 a barrel and are selling at $90 a barrel how can they possibly not have any free cashflow?
