Another "tax haven".....

These high flyers.... funny how so many operate through tax havens..... the poor things, the lengths they have to go to "keep up with the Jet-set Joneses".

So poor PT must feel really hard done by, losing approx one third of his income for that financial year (going on what someone calculated with his salary and IMMEDIATE sale of some bonus(?) options granted to him in 2008)..... it's just not fair, probably had problems with writing the loss off against his OZ tax....

Seem to remember someone round this time referring to PT threatening legal action against anyone saying anything about him and/or ADY directors...

That's right, don't say anything.... don't want to end up like the now-poorer DMN posters on HC saying anything "defamatory"....

Of course, the legal firms are undoubtedly in the thick of things arranging so the high flyers can have their affairs all set up "properly" with monies in tax havens...

.... and ASIC have their hands tied... er, apparently....

... so suck it in, little mum and dad shareholders, don't you know it's "buyer beware".... and as long as things are done by the letter of the law.... yes, sure, many lawyers follow the money, but you don't have any, little shareholder and probably less money now, so don't think you can buy justice in a legal system that profits from catering to the rich and providing expensive devil adversary services....

but, consider poor PT and his like..... think of how hard it'll be now to get in the rich lists of wherever.... hmmm, I wonder whether there "net worth" includes their assets in tax havens, offshore accounts??.... probably not... but that is the risk they take.... gee, must be tough at the top....
