Problem is that the latest announcements state that they have met "some" of their obligations.
I believe 3d shoot is the major one missing and there is unlikely any time left to complete by Jan 2023 so I'm still hoping they have gone for an amendment to their contract with an interested party in the wings.
I hate it that it appears we can't "guarantee" a continuation on the basis of fully meeting our obligations and that management are deliberately being vague on the matter.
