yes this potentially the answer. But only potentially.
Using game strategy, Chinese overseas interests could theoretically hold the share price down through ownership risk, accumulate cash on the balance sheet, and then do a buy back at lower prices, they could do a Kerry Stokes move.
But I don't think this is the answer, its a risk, but not the answer!!!
There is another angle we need to figure it out!!!
Mr Market is telling us, but we need to figure out why!!
