Bit confusing really... further down there is talk of how the discretionary approval can go on till 2025. A2m's own commentary states they can only supply infant formula in the second half of FY23 i.e. Jan to June 2023. They must be relying on the discretion to be extended, otherwise there was no point in making this annoncement.
