If I understand this correctly, DRM will soon announce a JORC for Jericho which will trigger a US$8.8M payment to OZL (about $14M AUD). So this would presumably be accompanied with (or preceded by) a CR. Supposing the CR was for $15M, then with a 10% holding, AIC would need to contribute another $1.5M to avoid being diluted.
