    "PERPETUAL IS COMMITTED TO PROGRESSING ITS ACQUISITION OF PENDAL GROUP"

    no way that even a counter offer can be expedited, gain SH approvals etc in 2-3mths. the marriage will be done n dusted by then. we dont know what the conditions are anyway? maybe its $30 for both (they'll take us too!)

    the PPT lift should elevate us for sure....!!!
