I have been with this one for years. Not happy with the progress is an understatement on my behalf.

I remember was we all thought the share price was going to be inexcess of 20c at xmas... a few months ago. The most conservative estimate on HC was 12c.

I think there is a another cap raising and a reconstruction of capital coming soon after.
From my understanding Max capital was a major shareholder some time ago and they sold out the last time I looked at the register. Just be carerful of the options. Can easily get burnt if they finish worthless. Its only a few months till expiry. Better chances with the heads and more liquidity if you need to sell.
