Wrong. The negoitating table has always been open. The clown of Kiev Zelensky takes his marching orders from the US and Nato. He could of negoitiated a peace in April and the Donbas would not have been annexed. A condition for peace was that Ukraine leave the Donbas alone that is no more shelling or any attacks and they be treated as a semi autonomous region but remain with Ukraine. The fool listened to Boris Johnson and walked out the negotiation. That was in April. In late September Russia had annexed the Donbas region. Now Ukraine's negotiating position is worse. The Donbas is now Russia and Ukraine has suffered massive losses in terms of their military and now is getting their infrastructure destroyed. If he had a brain , which he doesnt, the clown of Kiev would be calling a halt to hostilities now. But he wont. They will lose even more territory in the coming months and the infrastructure of Ukraine will be destroyed.
