    My interpretation is he wants to see the RSI move above the 30 level to confirm a buy which is usual strategy. If you look back to previous time scales in green where RSI bellow 30 once it moves above buy is confirmed. Perhaps Whalewatcher can advise how he uses the RSI to trade.
