Thoughts ... personally I don't see a US driven conspiracy. Latest on Yahoo says 77% of MSHL owned by insiders/5% holders ... in fact NVGN own the greatest amount by far. NVGN is owned by many ... largest holders appear to be JT Austin who I believe owns nearly 20%.

I suspect the company are assuming PXD news won't be far away ... so who cares what happens to the sp short term as good Ovature results will kick start a huge rally. Bad results and MSHL will go under $1 again as 10:1 after consolidation!

I believe the company are consolidating simply to buy time.

All that matters is the market cap versus the pharma earnings potential.
