Hey bud, all done and dusted now. They were lucky to get $3m for it, would've been nice to get a bit more but there just doesn't appear to be a premium for anything got to do with a fledging industry that hasn't proven itself as financially sustainable in Aus (or other places) yet. Still stormy seas ahead before calmer water prevails for the industry it would seem.
On a positive note, ECS were able to absorb all of the lost revenue from Tas and then some in their latest quarterly. Economies of scale are kicking in for them now and the ODC approval for their stage 3 expansion has come at exactly the right time.
