- MDC is a drug delivery platform company (based on their website)

- nanocelle is the only asset i see that they have for drug delivery

- core business model is to monetise nanocelle

- instead MDC is seeking more funds for something which is not even their core business. am not surprised because this is how this company operates - all over the place.

- the fact that top holders will be giving up the control of company (dilution through CR), for something which is not even their core business (nanabis), perhaps validates that even nanocelle may not be as valuable..
