Tell me what has PAA delivered since 2013, a lot of promise, a lot of data and a lot of bs so what is there to be positive about.
Shareholders who just blinding agree with everything that management do allow them to get away with telling bs.
The loss of the funding which was worth around $1m a year isn't something just to sweep under the carpet.
