Yeah I was referring to Nagwarry. Our best case gets us veeeery close to a JV asset value of a $billion, which we split.

But I want to focus on todays price action, we moved strongly into green while the rest of the market is red. Everybody knows we are going to be cashflow positive before the end of the year so they've parked their money elsewhere thinking they can have the best of both worlds.

All that money that flowed out after Cervantes is going to want back in before production starts, so we can expect large inflows any day now (arguably we have already started to see them!)
