Where did you get that idea from. At this stage of the game, all it is is pure speculations. There are no real proofs of that, and IMHO STO has too much on it's plate at present with the LNG and what is going on in Papua New Guinea to worry about that.
If you are so sure that they are going to do it, why don't you buy some.
