not sure about every one else but i only get paid to do my job,my reward is a weekly pay packet with the odd bonus at Xmas if the co has a good year, if the co gets brought out i may be lucky enough to be employed by the new owners if not i get my redundancy based on how many years i have slaved away for them. these CEO's are paid to run a company and make profits for SH, they factor in great incentive bonuses all the way along for only doing what they where employed to do. They should only get what every other employee gets for doing there job!!
From here on in they get paid even if they dont do there job??
