I checked just now. It may be the case has ceased. There is no court listing for today. It could be that the parties are now seriously trying to come to an agreement regarding the claims. If not, I guess it will take time for the judge to reach a decision / write the judgment and for this to be communicated in court. Hopefully there is a definite outcome prior to the AGM due on Monday 14 November.
