CXO has been trading sub $1.50 since April with the occasional spike just above that gets reeled in very quickly. Getting a bit silly now to be floundering at these levels with production about to begin and time it’s potential outweighs the manipulation factor. Hopefully management are getting sick of it as well and drops a bomb or two to coincide with commissioning the plant to shake loose of short interest and move them on to annoy someone else.
