Absolutely agree. You only have to look at Mountain Pass which went bankrupt, and Lynas which was very close to it at one stage, but pulled through. The capital cost in ree are huge, and margins very thin, so you have to have your ducks lined up and the right circumstances, or you will run into trouble. Realistically Dubbo will need around $2b in funding to get off the ground , which is a huge sum of money, and a lot of debt to service.

Very few will get off the ground especially in this environment. The funding requirements are too big.
