No Kennel...Just feel that people who buy chm shares are out and out punters.....at best (as recently posted by Gard's) a 10/1 longshot of a result.......After studying the history of all this..Including the accounts and cash position of MMX..including capital raising prior to payment for Jackhills...Can anyone really believe that they could not have funded the purchase "without chm" OFCOURSE they could..Its in black and white if you take the time to look.....Chm's whole case is about trying to make $200+k seem like a major an indespensibly key contribution...but its utter fantasy in a 50 million plus project....good try but no coconut...no judge is ever going to stick his neck out and reward a 2 bit company, making an opportunistic claim a massive award on all the flimsy hersay and allegation that chm have plied...Thats why when all of the EVIDENCE was filed by chm, Justice Jacobsen made chm continually put up more and more money for costs (around 1.5 million now i beleieve)
Also check your facts kennel...MMX are not claiming IGNORANCE, they are claiming (and rightfully so) NO KNOWLEDGE, Check your law and you will find that it is a legitimate defense..Also MMX has defended itslelf, CHM ex director and MMX ex director have not defended themselves n witness box, both of these have been claimde against by both chm AND MMX!!! ...If chm get 5 to 10 mill they will have done well....Believe me!!!
