still a hold for me, (holding 280,000 units)
at an ~8% yield with low risk around revenue I think DBI will prove to be very attractive when the next rate cutting cycle begins.
I particularly like the CPI link for the pricing - should get a nice uplift in coming year and that will compound for later years.
