    Hi all,

    Emailed AGY, and Jerko confirmed that the environmental permits are not correlated with the final commissioning of the 2,000 t.p.a plant.

    He also stated they are in regular discussions with the regulatory department and mining secretary, and "we fully understand their process, timing, and requirements for approval "

    Hmm.. I wonder how much longer?
