What I think is happening here Harmattom, is that, Letti as a research institue may only have limited technology and could not go lower than 22nm scale, hence WBT along with CEA Letti are using other T1 Fab which has that level of technology to advance WBT ReRam Tech to lower nodes
I may be worng, happy to be corrected.
