What would give you the idea LPD management would't be all over any opportunity they could "contractually" take advantage off ? After all they do have a fiduciary responsibility to shareholders in managing the company for the best interests of the SH'ers....!

Yes it would make "cent's" ( did you see what I did there ) to supply local needs first due to the negligible transport cost's, which leads to positive ESG markers for the company.

Yet as stated above, we also would have contractual guidelines for meeting the DFC nexus for / in supply.
If we didn't we would be in breach of contract.

Now with the DFS revised number's used for the P1, free cash flow may provide LPD with the necessary capital to finance P2 without the need to supply a DFC nexus.
That being the case I would confidently state LPD would supply local consumers.

One thing I would like to say to management, as a shareholder, I would like to congratulate all who participated in the CR to further the company along the path to production.
