Dear MEL - please do something. It is just 51 sleeps until Santy comes for a short visit. I would like to afford some milk and bikkies for him but my bank manager says I can just about afford a glass of water.
I feel very embarrassed now and I know all I will get is a lump of coal for Christmas this year - even though I have been mostly good - naughty only a few times.
I am not asking for much - just a small positive announcement. I won't knock back a big positive announcement, of course. I'll leave it all up to you.
In the meantime, I will weep gently into my double shot flat white. I have been patient but I would like to eat at some stage soon.
