hi @mickaja2001 . . leti is as capable as virtually any top end tier 1 fab is my understanding.

my take on what is transpiring:

a tier 1 fab . . lets just say GF for instance . . has come to wbt some time back and say ls . . yooo dadi, this wbt reram, can you scale to like 22nm for us . . and dadi says, hey mr tier 1 fab dude . . yeah . . no reason why not, can do that and much smaller in time. then tier 1 has said . . cool well lets get that cranking. we have some huge plans to take the world by storm at 22nm and flash cant cut that scale and we have a raft of potential new customers and and even bigger list of awaiting technologies that have been waiting for us to get a memory at great price point and capabilites that can do sub 40nm . . so dadi says . . duuuuddee you just wait to you see what this reram is capable of . . speed, resilience, energy use . . and just wait to i tell you how cheap it is to make.

so tier 1 mate says . . right lets crank this. so dadi then calls leti and with a bit of a french accent says . . le lads . . it is le time to le crank up the le 22 development . . got a big boy that wants it. to which leti says . . hehehe already been working on that .. are most the way done.

so dadi calls tier 1 and says . . we just need to tweek a few things then i reckon we go hard core in getting this transferred and qualified. the tier 1 then says . . well yep absolutely dadi dude but we dont want competitors knowing so lets keep this a bit hush hush ok . . first we want them to know is when this is happening and . . boom . . you and us . . we will take over the world. at which point tier one does this cool double thumbs up gesture and dadi just smiles and does the same back and adds a wink for good measure
