    That could be Albers plan who has significant holdings both in MOG and CUE.

    However there is still a chance if MEO goes alone for drilling that MEO can take some kind of help from the PF by making a take-off agreement if the gas is found. The help can be in some kind of finance or techonological form.

    So, I don't think a devil's plan like that would work other than damaging their own sp.
