Now run the numbers with $15-20m required, and appeals that could take 7-9 years, with further mounting costs.

Cashflow would not allow anything else to get done - no growth, no expansion - everything on this one "bet", where management doesn't control the sub-variables, as you do in business.

All the bet hinges on one guy with a wig.

Yep, easy decision.
