One of Warren Buffett investing strategies is to invest in a company that has great management and board.
Auz board has done a fantastic job, Auz has been unlucky with world events and inpatient shareholders after a quick buck have brought this stock down by trashing it.
Auz got attention because was the biggest rising stock a few years back and got a lot of attention and people who bought at the highs are upset which is human nature.
A great company like Auz that does drop in price due to outside uncontrollables and fear selling from soft hands does create a great opportunity to buy into. If you can buy a great company like Auz at cheaper prices it is only better for yourself in the long term.
Where is the option to vote for the board to stay and keep doing the fantastic job they are and give them a pay rise.
