If the oil price stays above $70 (which it most likely will) and BRK continues drilling 4 wells every year, the company will be sitting on a cash pile of >$100m after 3 years.
This cash generation can be expedited and brought forward if they make a sale of their acreage.
A rerate will eventually come but it in all probability it will take some time especially if they go down the path of the well drilling route.
