If this 15% stake in EXT equates to $1 billion (ie the forecast cost of the processing plant) or even only $500m (the rest coming from cash reserves).
Does this raise the value EXT upwards of $3b (excluding any dilution impact)ie approx double its current valuation?
Any thoughts how this can translate to increased value to shares on the market/ exchange (bearing in mind most of these large transactions seem to be done off market.
Keen to hear if my interpretation / understanding is correct.
