When assessing management capabilities, we should take a wider window and study the various actions along the way wrt to the end results for the shareholders.
You may have missed this. 5 years ago, I was making a choice between SYA and LTR. I chose SYA and naturally I tracked the difference all along and their management actions. One gave very little away and add value to shareholders hugely and capturing deals. The other add lesser and gave away alot. That's the difference.
