The Germans sure are slow learners, after their experience with Russian gas supply into Europe, they will be all tremendously surprised and most astonished when the Mongolian Government expropriates/nationalizes a % of this resource in the future if it gets into production, possibly for its Chinese masters.

Why is no one talking about the sovereign risk elephant in the room? You know, the nation with a billion or so people next door who have shown no compunction in manipulating and stuffing around western projects in what they consider their own backyard (Mongolia).

These guys are basically doing the groundwork and the drilling to prove up a resource that will be expropriated/nationalized by either the Mongolian and/or Chinese governments.
