    (Actually Trading Halts last 2 days, anything longer the Company requires to seek Voluntary Suspension).
    Thus TAR abided by the usual duration for a TH. Mind you that was quite a good effort, in raising up to $3.5 mil. As you've pointed out there must have been a lot of behind the scenes action (thus many brokers aware of a CR beforehand).
