Now , I should put a bit of balance into this discussion.
WA has had pretty good governments over the past 20 years , the Libs made some mistakes , and Labor has been an improvement, but frankly even our conservatives have been a cut above those from elsewhere.
All politicians work partially to maintain themselves in power.
But in WA , from Court Junior onwards , this sentiment has not been dominant.
WA has been blessed with politicians [even if you disagreed with some of their ideology] who genuinely cared about the state and its people.
