No I said the current project had slipped behind schedule as we all know and for a number of reasons, but that has nothing to do with permitting, it has a path of its own and is related to expansion not the 2000tpa plant.
If the plant was up and running at steady state and the permits still hadn't arrived then it starts adding to expansion timelines.
What i did say is if permits arrived today I believe it would change nothing around expansion start up untill the 2000tpa plants performance was verified. We will find out in due course. This is not a complaint its an observation and matters little, things will happen when they happen and we have no say in it..
Anyway thats enough from me on the subject, looking like today might be another good one while we wait.
