TAR is cashed up. Always some risk due to economic recovery, but the Company anns indicate they understand. (memo- not all REE hopefuls have much of a clue) Initial test results about to come down from the lab. Infill drilling and jorc MRE, is next. Then a SS and pilot plant will confirm $$.
