I'm sure management wants to make themselves money, however DP stands to make MUCH more of his significant shares holding then from just his salary.
Let's say DP is making 500k (a guess) a year, great. However if he can double the sp his roughly $1m worth of shares becomes $2m making him two years worth of wage. Same again if he can get the sp to 3-6 cents a share.
We could end up getting taken over and get cashed out for 4-8cents a share and he (we) walk away with multiple bags. Or perhaps he sells a PUD and we get a big buy back driving the sp up.
Regardless the value here is obviously and if you don't believe it will be realised then why are you here?
